Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Today there are no accounts and you do not need one: your progress is saved only in your browser. Accounts are planned; when they are available, to use a paid plan and sync progress across devices you will sign in with Google.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle. You can pay with the methods Paddle offers at checkout.
Who am I buying from? What will be on my receipt?
Our order process is run by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your order: it processes the payment, calculates and collects VAT/sales tax and issues the invoice. Your receipt and bank statement will show Paddle (or Paddle.com) as the seller. The product itself is provided by Yerlan Darzhanov.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any paid monthly or yearly plan at any time, online, using the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net (or contact us), and it will not renew. You keep the paid tier until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of any plan, no questions asked. Details are in the Refund Policy.
What happens to my progress if I cancel or my plan ends?
Your progress is not deleted. You return to the Free plan, keep access to the free lessons and theory, and, if you have an account, your saved progress remains in it. Paid-only practice, exams and certificates become unavailable until you resubscribe. Progress sync across devices is part of both paid tiers.
Is there a student or regional discount?
We are considering student and regional pricing. If you are a student or live where the price is hard to afford, write to [email protected]. Paddle may also show prices adapted to your country at checkout.
Does the free plan have ads?
It may. Ads are never shown inside the practice workspace. Where required, ads are shown only after you give consent. Paid plans have no ads.
Are you affiliated with Microsoft?
No. FormulaCamp is an independent product. Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.
I have a question.
