Task 1 of 1
Sort the table A2:B9 by sales from largest to smallest. The rows must stay intact.
Lesson theory
To sort a table:
- select all its rows without the header and all of its columns, otherwise the rows will be "torn apart";
- start the selection in the column you are sorting by: that cell becomes the active one, and its address shows in the Name Box;
- click A→Z (ascending) or Z→A (descending).
If you select only one column, the item names stay where they are and the numbers get shuffled. This is the most dangerous mistake in sorting.
