Lesson theory
A travel agency in Toronto keeps a log of the tours it has sold. The manager wants to know which destinations bring in the most money, what each agent's average sale is, and which kinds of tours are booked for each destination.
Tip: a PivotTable is a set of ready-made numbers. If the log changes, build it again; and you can point ordinary formulas at its totals.
