In E2, list all items in the category from K1 (all three columns).

=FILTER(array, include, [if_empty]) picks the rows where the condition is TRUE. The result spills by itself.
=FILTER(A2:C11,B2:B11=K1) returns all items in the category from K1. Change K1 and the list updates.You can nest it: =SORT(FILTER(…),3,-1) sorts the result by the 3rd column in descending order.
