=SEQUENCE(10) returns the numbers 1 to 10 in a column; =SEQUENCE(rows, columns, start, step);
=TEXTSPLIT(text, ", ") cuts a string into cells at a delimiter;
=TRANSPOSE(range) rotates a table: rows become columns.
