In C2:C5, build "First Last" with a space between the names.

The & sign joins text: =B2&" "&A2 gives "Adam Parker".
You have to add the space yourself, in quotation marks.
=UPPER(A2) makes all letters capitals, and =LOWER() makes them lowercase.
